Incredibly relaxing! Today was my first experience with the red light sauna and salt cave so I didn't know what exactly to expect, even with research. Everything was so impeccably clean, warm, and inviting. The time just flew by. While I wasn't sure right away if I noticed a difference, after a little bit I DID realize I was breathing easier (I'm asthmatic). I was referred here as a means to help alleviate my back pain and I think it might take some regularly scheduled sessions but I don't have any doubts. I'm looking forward to better looking and feeling skin too! Wholeheartedly recommend, and as a bonus there's a great kitchen store and farmers market right next door. The gentleman helping me was so thorough, polite, and detail oriented. I felt completely at ease. I was even given everything I could possibly need to know about pet salt therapy sessions. I didn't even know that was a thing! I'm absolutely going to need to do...

This was my first visit, and I didnt know what to expect. The business has a convenient location, with tons of parking. The lobby area is warm & inviting, and filled with quality products, many from local artists. The salt room was Amazing...very comfortable chairs, and quite impressive decor....you can also choose to skip the chair and sit right on the bed of salt ! (which I did!) After the session, I noticed 2 things that really stood out to me...First, my neck felt better than it has in a long time, It's normally pretty stiff at all times.I can't explain that, but it felt great ! And the other thing is a little harder to describe...I felt quite relaxed, but mentally very focused...almost like the first cup of coffee on crisp fall a Sunday...

This place is absolutely gorgeous!! The services are amazing, it’s extremely clean and comfortable, I had so much fun shopping for cute local goods in between the sauna session and the salt room session. The staff is so friendly and accommodating. If I could leave more than 5 stars I would! Can’t wait to go...
