We stopped at this newly opened Caribou location today, but we walked out empty-handed. My partner and I waited in line about five minutes for the transaction ahead of us and then left. It sounded like the staff was having some issues linking some app on that customer's phone to Caribou's computer system. It was clear that the staff was focused more on what the computer demanded of them than on coffee or customers. One employee was dealing with the technology while three watched. Not one of the three employees asked us what drink they could get started while we were waiting for them to fiddle around with the computer. (An aside to Caribou management who might read this. Don't blame the employees for this. This is the fault of the management and ownership of Caribou for not properly training workers. Caribou has allowed computers rather than common sense to run...
Read moreOrdered the coffee and breakfast sandwich combo. Got an iced crafted press with mocha and caramel which you get charged for each flavor 50 cents? Any other coffee shop allows at least 2 free favorings included. My coffee was literally mostly a cup of ice. I finished it in about 4-5 sips.. sadly but no joke that's how over the top the ice was. I got the lumberjack sandwich and it seemed poorly put together and greasy and did not fit the quality I would expect for the prices they charge. I also ordered a lemon loaf for my boyfriend and requested it be warmed up and they did not even follow instructions, it was not even busy, no one inside or outside . I could get better food/drink/service for cheaper at Dunkin for $6. I doubt I'd return for the quality and prices...

The prices are what you expect for a coffee shop that competes with Starbs. The general manager and team were so sweet to me today. I never tried matcha and they made me one to try with no pressure. I didn't care for it so I had them make me my normal caramel flavored concoction. The barrista made me a lavender matcha to try as well! Because he wanted me to get the full experience. So sweet and it felt very welcoming and as someone who hates returning food/drinks, they made sure I knew they were invested in me...
