Listen if I could give this place 10 stars I would heck I’d give it 20 if I could and that’s the gods honest truth. I actually had missed my normal local shop by I think it was 4 mins actually caught the guys getting in their cars to head home. In a pinch with my sons birthday this weekend I searched other nearby shops and decided to hit the closest one first and my god was that probably the lamest excuse of a business I have ever seen I won’t name drop since that isn’t what this review is about but the next closest spot was the swap shop another 20 mins out and with the current gas gouging going on I was not looking forward too it at all and told my self if it was anything like the last stop I would be livid. I pulled up and the place was huge which was a good sign compared to the jail cell I had just witnessed at the last stop. Lot had tons of space for parking it was clean easy to access. Walked in and was kindly greeted in no time asking if I needed help and if I did to let him know what he could do for me. A lot of times these places make it almost uncomfortable while your in their whether they are following you around and watching you every move you make or harass you about assisting you etc. this was a very pleasant and comfortable setting I looked around at their insanely wide and vast inventory with just about everything and anything you could imagine at one of these places. Once I was ready to get a price on my items I had brought with me I let the employee know and he checked it all out for me and then I was followed up With the owner to get me a price. This guy was super down to earth extremely reasonable and fair what he wound up paying me out was 40 bucks more then the last shop and about 4/500 dollars less in inventory that he wanted to purchase. I overstayed my welcome bothered him with all kinds of questions and small talk on a Saturday night as he was on his way out he patiently answered everything and didn’t give me any kind of vibes I was being a pester to him or anything. I will only be stopping at the swap shop for now on and you should too ! Promise you won’t regret it I have a business my self and this is exactaly the way business...

My wife went to the swap shop where I buy alot of funko pops and my co worker buys alot of tools and yeti cups. When she went there she was taking a box of horror genre collectibles. The man was extremely interested my wife said in the movie posters and the statues but sadly there system was down and he asked if she would give him first shot at the stuff and if she would come back another day which she replied sure my husband is here all the time. I just went back with my wife to bring the items to the gentleman and we were stopped by a woman who works there and was actually helping another customer. She stopped what she was doing ealked over to the large box i was holding and peaked in and said that's not for us and walked away. My wife said that isn't what the gentleman with the beard told me he specifically asked me to bring these back. She said you don't need to be rude he isn't here and we don't want that s*. My wife and I proceeded to leave and that was that and I will spend my money elsewhere as I am a regular in this store but thay is over. We went into thus store as collectors and hobbies we are not foul or undesirable looking. We were not looking to sell rare collectibles for ill natured activities on fact I didn't want any money I wanted store credit to buy more things in the store but sadly this woman stopped that and ended a good...

-1 star. This SwapShop is no better then the Thieves and Junkies they are buying from. They were made aware they were in possession of My property which was also know as Stolen Property. The GTPD made them aware of this BUT in less then 24 hours of receiving MY property they sold it. The local PD is having issue's with them in this subject we well. So there are people who are walking around with stolen item's that are registered with their serial numbers as STOLEN. Good luck if you get pulled over with my things cause they are Red Hot and if you have them you will and wait I will pursue issuing a Stolen Property report against you for receiving stolen property. If you are a Junkie or a Thief this is a great place for you BUT if you like laying your head on your pillow quilt free with a clear conscience at the end of the day this is not for you. Nothing is better for free advertising then Social Media, Food Servers and Hair Stylist because we can make bad reviews travel faster then Wildfire then word of mouth.
