After dropping over $5000 on a bedroom suit with mattresses, you would thing you are getting quality stuff. Imagine our dismay when the bed broke within a year and the "Marvelous" middle of the Restonic mattress causes you to sleep in a V. I may not be a spring chicken but 37 is much too young to have back issues to the point the pinched nerve won't let me move. When I lay on my side, my thigh and hip burn like the coils are coming through. Upon research, a lot of consumers have issues with these mattresses. It is only 2 years old with a "20 year" warranty. Restonics doesn't recognize the issue but Denmarks says they were going to "honor" it but we have 2 weeks to get it there. Halfway there we hit a torrential rainstorm, hoping for the best anyway since we had it wrapped in a tarp we continued on our 45 minute drive. We arrive only to have the manager look down her nose at us and say that since it is soaked (they had to unload it in the rain) and there was a stain (she says it is covered in stains) there is nothing they can do. My husband tells her that we have cash, is there anyway to make this right but the manager snidely says no. But there is no reason to go bad mouthing them. Please! You have awful customer service and should re-examine the ratings on your mattresses before using it as your only offer. Maybe you should focus less on whether your customers are using a pillow while sleeping and more on genuine...

When loading it up it came a rain shower, brought it home unloaded everything put in my house. Yesterday my daughter and I untapped the plastic, was putting furniture together,It was scratched up ,knobs for headboard the color was gone off. Called Denmark's, spoke with a lady, told her what was wrong told her that I had take pictures to show them.Went to Denmark's showed her the pictures, she said I will need to look at it that was fine. She came over and said this didn't leave here like this. But she wasn't there when it was picked up or loaded. I told her this was the way we found it when it was unrapped. She had a Nasty Attitude, she said that she couldn't give me my money back, even though it had a 7 day warranty. She only offered a store credit or I could order one. Which was ok, she put on our ticket that they would have to open it in front of us so we can inspect it. looked at ticket after I left and the person who assisted me was the owners wife. When the furniture finally arrived they called and said that now they would only put the furniture in the room at the front door because if the virus.
