My daughter ordered her dress in February for her wedding in September. After ordering her dress she did have second thoughts as some brides so. Her dress came in a couple of weeks ago and was not what we ordered. The quality of the dress that came in was not the same. The underlayment of the dress was a dark tan the one that came in was much lighter. After calling Mindy the owner about the dress she assured me over the phone that the dresses were the same...which let me know she had made up her mind before seeing the dresses together. But I took the dress there today to put the dresses side by side. She explained that the material was darker on the sample dress because it was a wider piece... I don't understand why it being wider would make it darker. She also explained that the bottom of the dress looked different because it was not steamed. My daughter is now 8 weeks from her wedding and does not have the opportunity to order another dress. As anyone would understand she is very disappointed in the dress she received was not what she ordered. Mindy also explained to my daughter that they don't steam dresses that you pay $2,000 for because it will eventually get wrinkled again. She let me know that it did not matter what I thought about the dress. It was what she thought of the dress that mattered. Before leaving there today, I asked the owner if she planned on doing anything to make this good and she said no. My daughter did buy a dress off the rack to have altered so that she would have something. When we went there initially my first thought was this is a fabulous place. The girls there are very sweet and helpful and knowledgeable at such a young age. We had a great experience until the dress came in. I explained to the owner that if I ordered a white car and it came in light gray I would not buy it. I believe if you go to order a wedding dress the dress that comes in should be an exact duplicate of the dress that you order. I also explained to the owner that this is not about money. Obviously we bought another dress from her. I might add. This is about customer service and doing what is right. This review is to notify people that if you order a dress from j'dore And, it comes in And you are disappointed because they are not exactly the same they will do...

My daughter and I went to three bridal shops in Savannah and they were just not our type of store. We walked into J'Adore bridal shop and the first thing we heard was "hey y'all", that's when we knew we were in the right place! This was by far the biggest, and the nicest bridal shop that we had been to. Mindy, the owner was so gracious, kind and welcoming. She was beyond helpful, and extremely sweet. She had us go through and look at dresses that my daughter would like to try on, meanwhile she came behind us and put the dresses in the dressing room and pulled some more she thought my daughter would like. She was very helpful getting her in all the dresses. She stayed right with her the entire appointment, never made her feel rushed, in fact quite the opposite. My daughter found her dream dress here, and couldn't be more thrilled and satisfied with Mindy's service and bridal shop. We were looking for a bridal experience and we did not get that in Savannah, but we definitely got it in a small town in Brooklet Georgia and in a big way! Her bridal salon has Bridal Suites for your Bridal Entourage. They are equipped with two couches, a fireplace, a large mirror and beautifully decorated. The dressing rooms are very roomy and private. Highly Recommended!! I can not say enough nice things about this place! From the start Mindy and the staff made us feel welcomed and special. I am not a center of attention person and really do not like shopping for myself. I was really nervous about this appointment but that all went away the moment I walked in. Mindy made me feel special and like a princess, and I definitely was not expecting that! She listened to what we had to say and nailed it when picking out the dresses for me to try on! I actually got the first dress I tried on! She was very patient and helpful while I was trying on other dresses. I had my bridesmaids and nieces with me and we ended up getting their dresses from there as well. Although there were a few other brides there she made it where we felt like we were the only ones there and did not rush us at all! She never left us for a second! I hope when you consider where to get your dress from you give them a call! You will not regret it because they make it the experience you always dream of when you think of this...
