Where to even begin with this place. I have been a great customer for the last few years and spent a “ton” of money here. Always spend extra for gel as well get designs etc. so I am no basic “cheap” customer. I walked in two hours before closing thinking we should have plenty of time to get a proper job done........BOY WAS I WRONG. This was the worst service and job ever, I brought it to their attention and they blew me off and done nothing and then had the audacity to try and then overcharge me. First off my daughter and I decided to get a pedicure, my pedicure started about 30 minutes before my daughters but her pedicure and did the same time as mine. He did a very sloppy job and rushed through on her and then wanted to charge me adult price for a child. It came time to do my nails and he rushed through did not take care of my cuticles , I basically walked out with shiny fingernails and terrible looking hands and to make matters worse it already looks like I need a fill-in again. I am so disgusted and frustrated with their behavior. If this one review will stop someone else from making a huge mistake and going to this establishment I feel like it would be enough. Like I said, I tried to be a good customer and bring to their attention very nicely but after multiple attempts of them trying to fix their mistakes they did nothing and then tried to overcharge me, they could clearly see the job was done poorly and did nothing to offer a discount or anything. Save your money and go somewhere else that actually cares about their customers because this place doesn’t they only care about one thing And that’s the money! If I can give this place zero stars I would, like I said I have been a very good customer for a long time and this man’s behavior has gotten so reckless. He yells all the time and you can tell by his manners and the way he is speaking he is constantly talking badly about customers in his language. You will never take my money again I miss treat me or my daughter, You should seriously be put out of business you’re a terrible business owner. I would have settled for an apology or something but I got nothing. Open your eyes 👀 customers .......the only responses he responds to is someone giving him excellent reviews or stars. They do not try to make right on people they have wronged. Everyone knows when you have an upset customer you should attempt to make them happy. Nope they just ignore and have people feel bad for them and talk people into feeling bad and showing a bad review and have them post a 5 star. I know this to be a FACT BECAUSE I WAS THAT CUSTOMER BEFORE. He showed me a terrible review and at the time their service was much better so he asked me to post a 5 star. Well this is the truth. I let you all overcharge me for years . I am the quiet type and don’t try to ruffle feathers . I was getting a good job so I kept my mouth shut. But when you destroy my nails and try to overcharge me that is where I draw the line. If you want to give these people a chance by all means feel free. Just be careful when it comes time to pay. Read moreSo a while ago I came in and told them I have a latex allergy and so they say they only use latex gloves so I offered to go get some nitrile gloves.... worker became irritated and started to talk to owner in there langauge.... then after I get gloves young lady does my gel pedicure but was clipping too close to my skin so I ask her please do softer she a again starts talking in uncomprehensible language...to top that, she finished but there was an error in my toe so I asked her to please fix, she polishes over it which caused it to look lumpy. She walks away and owner ask problem and that it looked fine to him. I explain that it looks and feels lumpy so could she take the polish off and redo so its flat and even. They talked again in "their langauge" (which I think is disrespectful when working with your clients through a concern) and the owner sits down and does it and sends other person away. Im satisfied after.. he then says he will take discount off but I declined saying I don't want a discount I just should have the right to ask for things to be correct especially if I'm spending my money. (That day I spent $150 myself and 2 dgtrs). He still took card and charged less.. so anyway I come in today to get pedicure and owner refused to provide service. says " I dont have enough skill for your service" very rude! I only went back because its convenient to my house. & I know things happen so I didnt do a review but clearly many nail salon of their culture have a tendency to think people of my complexion cant expect good service. Read moreI hate to leave a review like this but I’m very disappointed. I finally found a place that I really enjoyed going to that did a good job. My husband and I went for the first time together last year while I was pregnant and he then got me $200 for my birthday in gift certificates. I used it once for a pedicure before I had my baby. Fast forward through a year of being busy at home with a baby during Covid, being cautious of going places, I wanted to treat myself on my birthday and go get a pedicure. Something I don’t have the luxury of time to do ever. I realized that the gift certificate expired after a year and I was ONE day late. And was told that it could not be honored. I called the next day to speak with the owner and was offered $30 for my remaining $130 I had left. Excuse me. After a while of back and forth I finally got him to at least agree on covering my pedicure, $45, and take the loss of the remaining amount $85. Insane. I’d understand if I was weeks or months past the date, but one day. Come on. Especially given the circumstances. You already made your money so what are you losing. I went for my pedicure and cringed on the way out as I handed over my $130 for it. It’s a shame I will not be returning to this salon on the principal of this. UPDATE- it took me posting this to get a reply to discuss making it right-after a phone call and seeing me in person. But after i post reviews things change. If you make it right by issuing me a gift certificate with my balance on it I would continue being a client but otherwise there will be nothing...
