The booking process, a seamless online experience, set a promising tone for our visit. Upon arrival, the spa's ambiance was a haven of tranquility, impeccably clean and instantly soothing.

The highlight was the massage service purchased for my wife. The skill and expertise offered by the staff were commendable, contributing to a rejuvenating experience. However, an element of the visit did give us pause for thought.

After her session, my wife received a personal card from Lynette for at-home mobile massage services. While the initiative and entrepreneurship are appreciated, the context of this offer seemed misplaced. In a professional setting, such solicitations can blur the lines of business decorum. If mobile services are a part of the spa's offerings, a more appropriate channel would be through the official booking system. This ensures transparency and maintains the integrity of the professional-client relationship.

This experience left us with mixed feelings. The spa itself is a sanctuary of peace and relaxation, yet the overture for personal services, albeit well-intentioned, felt incongruent with the professional environment we expected. It raised questions about the appropriateness of such interactions within the workplace.

In reflection, while the services rendered at the spa are of high quality, future considerations for booking will be influenced by this experience. A suggestion for the management would be to streamline all services, including mobile options, through the official channels, to uphold the professional standards that clients expect...

There are so many amazing things I can say about this place. First things first, classy! This place looks high end, top tier design and the guest service matches the look. I was greeted with smiles and immediately seen. They acknowledged immediately that someone walked through their door. I was a last minute appointment and they were so willing to accommodate all of my needs in such a quick and timely manner. Secondly, the staff was incredible. I am currently 28 weeks pregnant with my first child who is a girl and the staff was so thoughtful they made sure there were pink satin pillows and blankets and cute little bears. It’s the little details and the thoughtfulness behind the staff that astounds me. Lastly, I would like to speak on their amazing masseuse Lynette who did wonders on my body and had the upmost respect and care for my child. I came in with back pain, low energy and some knee pain. Lynette was so patient with me and took time to work out all my tense areas. By the end, I was asleep peacefully and my body has been feeling rejuvenated, restored and balanced; a feeling I have not had in a long time. My energy is re-centered. This place is horrible. I got an Groupon for a waxing, the service was not the best because it took so long (1 hour and some minutes when I’ve been places that in 15 minutes they do the waxing), and how it was expected they forced me to schedule another appointment. They were very pushy trying me to schedule more services besides what I got and saying that they were a new spa and they wanted new clients. I canceled my appointment later, but I’ve never thought they will call on a Saturday at 10 am saying that I had “an appointment “ and I had to be there in 6 minutes because the appointment was at 10 and they will charge me the full price anyway. They never called, texted or emailed me a remainder like they did when I got the Groupon. I just giving people a heads up because the person who called me said multiple times that they will charge me the full price of the waxing anyway. Who called was not helpful at all because she will keep insisting that they had a policy where they charge the full amount whether you show or not.
