if i could give it zero stars, I would. Charged me $155 to fix a screen on a phone, took them 5 weeks and the screen they put on didn't work, I guess they didn't take the 3 seconds to test it. Waited another 4 weeks to get a new screen and it was hanging off the phone. Such a poor repair job that I went ahead and bought a new phone because the screen looks like it will rip off the phone after about 5 minutes in your pocket. Also they don't answer the phone ever so you will have to drive there a few times a week until your phone is done. They were constantly telling me come by tomorrow when I would show up (cause they won't answer the phone) so I probably wasted at least $30 in gas driving there to attempt to pick up my phone, taking it back to get fixed twice after the "repair" was finished.

Do yourself a favor, go somewhere else. Totally unprofessional...

Took my old iPhone in to have the screen replaced for my son to use it for games. He replaced the screen… great! Took my phone home and it suddenly can’t take pictures front or back. Took it back and he re connected the camera. I tried plugging it in to charge and it’s having trouble charging all of a sudden. I also noticed it is no longer connected to WiFi and cannot connect to WiFi. Yes he fixed the screen but caused so many other issues. I don’t really want to take it back to him because he gave me a hard time about not charging me for the camera issue even though he was the one...

It took 4 days to fix a cracked screen. One day they didn't answer the phone. I live an hour away and after driving up there after being told it would be done, still had to wait for him to finish. After it was finally done I had to figure out how to get it to reconnect to my network. Had to reset my phone from settings menu. Not sure how this place is an authorized shop for All-State insurance repairs. He gets 2 stars because the screen is fixed and the price...
