Initially contacted this business via Facebook and discussed having them install a single subwoofer in my trunk. We eventually, through a series of Facebook messages and a phone call, arrived at a price for the job, and set up a date and time for the job to take place. This entire series of correspondence I would describe as spotty and unreliable, due to the fact that Facebook messages took 2 days to be answered, and I attempted to call them during their normal business hours only to be greeted with an answering machine. The main issue I have with this place is what happened when I drove 30 minutes to my scheduled appointment. Upon making the drive from home, and navigating an unfamiliar town to locate their shop, I discovered the address they have on Google associated with their business takes you to a gas station. I only figured out the actual location of Bobby Joe's by asking a local who was entering the gas station. After following the directions I received (which only took me to a location 2 minutes up the street) I arrived at Bobby Joe's, 10 minutes before my scheduled appointment. I exited my vehicle and knocked on several doors around the building but they were all locked with no answer. I sat in my car until well past my appointment time for someone to show up, but no one did. I tried Facebook, phone, and email, every method I could think of to get a hold of the business owner, but to no avail. I ended up leaving with absolutely no communication from the business owner regarding this situation at all. The following day, I received an email from them. I'll copy and paste it: "I missed that on the scheduled yesterday .. i was at A HOUSE IN TOWN DOING A HOME AUDIO AND VIDEO CAMERA INSTALL." Completely unapologetic. Still have yet to receive any indication that this business really wanted me as a customer. Judging from the reviews I've read this guy knows his stuff, but if you value your time, and you value good communication I would avoid Bobby Joe's. The busy lives most of us lead these days don't have room for businesses that schedule appointments which they don't even honor. We simply don't have...

I scheduled an appointment for 10AM for window tint. While I was on my way there from a half hour away, they called and said they were running behind and to get there at 10:15. That wasn’t a big deal. They again reminded me it would take around an hour to complete. I drop the car off and walk to my mother in laws office nearby with my kids in the stroller. 12:00 noon comes and goes and still no call so we go to get lunch. We drive by Bobby Joes and my vehicle was still parked in the same spot I left it. I called to see what was going on and they said they squeezed someone else before me. The woman then said she assumed I was a stay at home mom (because my kids were with me) and that she figured I didn’t have anything else to do. Absolutely hands down number one for your audio and other things. They do other things like home security systems and window tinting but I had an aftermarket radio installed that I purchased on my own. Body. Joe was wonderful, so nice and I didn't catch the lady in the office. She was a sweetheart. If you ever need anything done with your audio in your vehicle please. This is a hundred out of 100 stars. One of the best places for audio repair. They will get you hooked up and running real quick. They seem like good Christian people. Very knowledgeable and when you leave before you pull out he shows you how to do your radio. How to hook it up and if there's anything wrong he will show you explain it and teach you. Excellent!
