I had taken my wedding set to another jeweler to have it sized as it was to large. It was returned to me having not been sized, and was black from being burnt. The "jeweler" promised to make it right, but I was heart broken. Over a year later my rings still sat in my jewelery box unable to be worn. The "jeweler" that promised to make it right stopped answering messages and calls, I was at a loss. Ritzi jewelers was recommended to me by a friend, so I took a chance. I have purchased several new items and had my wedding ring repaired, which came back looking better than they day I received it.
