NEVER have I EVER felt the need to leave a review before. I am not a complicated person or mean person at all. This is my THIRD time being unsatisfied with an order from this wingstop location. The other two times I had cold fries (as I was eating in the restaurant itself so they should have been fresh), and then my order was made wrong (which I then had to turn around and go back to the store after waiting 30+ minutes for my food. THIS TIME I thought “ok maybe they have the stuff together now since it has been months”…no. I got my order on time this time which is a plus, but as I started eating it at home I noticed my fries were basically black and they were dripping in grease so I couldn’t even eat them. So then I start eating my wings, which were also super greasy, and notice they barely put any bbq sauce at all. It was basically a smudge. I was so disappointed and disgusted that I had to throw my food away because the grease started making me sick. Based off of reading the reviews and through my own experiences with this wingstop, it sounds to me like they need to get their stuff together or get some well trained employees that actually know what they are doing. Read moreCame to this location for a door dash. When I got there, no orders were being made at the time. It took a minute for an employee to acknowledge that I was there. When I was greeted and informed her that I was there for a door dash order. She told me it would be 15 minutes. I informed the customer. Before she told me 15 minutes, she told another lady ahead of me it would be 10 minutes for her. That was not the case for either of us, as the time was longer than given. Also, they had two other customers ahead of her and I that didn't get the food until after we received ours. This is not somewhere I recommend ordering from, nor do I recommend taking a dash from, unless the pay is really worth it. You don't receive any compensation for waiting from doordash, nor the customers, so the wait time average out with the payout is less then...
Read moreOrdered online, waited over an hour for food. We were missing an item and the food we did receive was cold. Upon entering the establishment, there were 3 employees. One was sitting down, talking to one who was manning the fryers about someone texting them. The other employee honestly looked a little lost. One employee stated “There ain’t no way” when we stated we were missing an item. There were multiple people waiting for their order. When we asked for a refund, they stated they would make the item we were missing fresh. We just asked for a refund. We were told to write our name and phone number down to receive a refund because there was no manager on duty. Service was terrible and not very promising regarding faith in Wingstop...
