I used to love getting my vapes from Vibes until today. I had recently purchased a pastel cartel vape on Thursday March 9th, 2023. The first day, it was fine but on Friday it started to taste burnt and really hard to puff. Being that I ONLY work in Broussard on the week day and couldn’t go there Friday and Monday due to work, I went in today March 14th, 2023 on my lunch break . I explained to the manager of what happened and the cashier that sold me the vape was also there and also told him that I was just there Thursday. After I had explained to him what was going on with the faulty vape, he then tells me that they only last people about 4-5 days and he was also trying to get me to buy another one when I had just purchased one on Thursday. Mind you, I barely use vapes and that brand normally lasts me for a week and a half, and if my vape was dead the light would have been flashing repeatedly when you take a puff and it didn’t. I said all of this to say that I am upset because I’m a loyal customer and the money I spend there(including tipping employees) I should have gotten an exchange or refund for their faulty merchandise that...

You'd be better off finding a random stoner outside the gas station and asking them what they recommend. I went here looking for CBD vape juice or carts. They didn't have it (which was fine), but the woman who "greeted" me at the door seemed offended that I would even ask. After she rudely told me they didn't carry what I wanted, she went back to slapping labels on the edibles and proceeded to ignore me. I left pretty quick after that, because I obviously wasn't welcome and wasn't going to give these rude people my money anyway.

The CBD/cannabis industry is so new, and most of the people looking into it are a. new to cannabis and b. looking for help with medical conditions or pain relief. The people running this place don't seem to understand that and clearly aren't willing to help. If this had been my first ever encounter with the CBD industry, I would have left not just empty-handed but also probably with a bad taste in my mouth towards cannabis as a whole. If you need help with anything CBD related, especially if you're new, this is not the compassionate and educational dispensary...

Fantastic service every time. Especially if you go in the morning. There is usually less people. Afternoons get a little busy so you might have to wait 5 minutes but while you are waiting to chat with some one there are a tone of things for you to look at . Ashtrays, stash cans, incense, shirts , vape supplies, and so much more . Great quality items and the stand behind there products for sure .
