He is my go to Jeweler. Why one might ask? I purchased a diamond and a engagement band separately. I went to every jewelry store in town including those in the mall. They were either going to take months or they would flat out say no because of the liability of the diamond. It was a 2.5 Carat almost flawless diamond, so no one wanted to risk it chipping or not mounting it correctly. I brought it here to Mr. Torres and he told me to hold on as he inspected it in front of me. He didn't say much and gave it back to me and went back into his shop. He then said, sure I can do it, and at a super reasonable price, I might add!!! He told me to go back into his workshop with him, lest I feel he was going to swap out a very expensive diamond with something else. This won me over, because what jeweler does this??? He did, he let me sit there and watch him mount the stone. It was incredible and a privilege to watch a master at work!!! Since then, he has done a handful of repairs for me and I have been thoroughly pleased! This part of town has a bad fame about it, but his little shop is a gem within the area, no pun intended! There is no one better and I truly recommend him for his customer service, professionalism, and courteousness, especially when put to the test on a huge task, it meant a lot to me and his services will certainly be of great...

Excellent, honest service and craftsmanship. Very fast repairs. Mr. Torres enlarged my wedding ring (with 12 small diamonds) and engagement ring w one diamond (both yellow gold). He measured everything. He had to add his own extra gold so the rings wouldn’t be too thin on one side. He also bought some gold fr me (old earrings to which I had lost the other matches). The cost of enlarging, cleaning, and checking the diamond clasps of both rings was less than $40, but this cost was much less because he bought gold pieces I sold him. You will have to see the cost of the repairs alone, without trading in your mismatched gold jewelry. I definitely recommend him. I don’t know how this place has been in business so long with such a rude and dishonest person working there. Please be careful with the guy with the glasses, he will literally give you less than half of you’re supposed to get for your gold. He was giving me the price of 10k gold (and even less than that) when my stuff was literally marked 14k.
