Jack in the Box — Restaurant in Brownsville

So I went yesterday at 5, was reeeeeeaallyyyy slow, made like 20 mons in line, when was finally my turn they offered me the chicken popcorn, so I said yes, give me 2, and they said "ok, but we only have diet coke" so I took 2 shakes instead of coke, then they said they didn't have curly fries, because "all the Jack's are getting same issue" so ok, they gave me regular fries, then after like another 15 mins of arguments they said "sorry man we actually don't have enough chicken popcorn for the 2 boxes" so I lost it and went straight to the window and ask for the manager and they said there was no manager at all, "there's nobody in charge" so they gave me his phone number and talked to me trough the phone and said he wasn't there but "should be somebody in there?" His names is Damian he said, so I left to the jack by ol'skool tattoo, and they said there wasn't any issue with the frys, cause they made theirs orders on time....

BTW, this was the second time they didn't have the chicken popcorn, and was my last time EVER, stepping in that...

Ordered a#2 with a lg curly fry I figured it would be plenty as neither me nor my son can usually eat a whole burger from other places so we share one. Not at jack in the box apparently, the burger was like a kid sized burger. At least in comparison to whataburger, for the same price we spent here we can both be full there. The quality wasn't great, there was 1 piece of lettuce, and 2 paper thin tomatoes, the burger was greasy to the max. The curly fries were good though. This is the closest jack to my house unfortunately even though I crave it I try not to go cause I'm only free during the graveyard shift and the guy that works it is so rude....he seems annoyed all the time and won't do the bare minimum to accommodate you. Today I tried to use a 2 for 7 coupon for jumbo Jack's and I wanted to add cheese to 1 of them but according to him that was just impossible. I look closer on the coupon and it clearly states " plus tax. Cheese is an additional charge" he said there was just no way.
