Sheena's made me 4 dozen cupcakes for my daughter's wedding shower. They were AMAZING!! Every one said they were the best cupcakes they had ever had. So light and fluffy and airy. I had bought extras and there were none left after the event. And the price was 1/2 of what other bakeries asked. We will definitely use them again.

Not very sanitary. Meat shouldn’t be placed next to dirty sinks were you wash your hands. Health inspectors would have a field day inspecting this place. Unless your looking for some meat with a side of COVID or salmonella have at it.

We've been patrons of Sheena's for YEARS, and it used to be so much better. The last three times we've placed orders ahead for deli sandwiches, they haven't been ready and the staff have been so flippant about it. The first time it happened, we were like oh, probably was a crazy day, it happens, we've all worked customer service job and stuff happens. But it's happened two times since, so it's clearly just the customer service going downhill. And when my mother came in tonight, the day after she went in IN PERSON to order since her phone call orders hadn't been going through, the girl at the counter told my mom "we don't have it, you must not have ordered it." My mom said no, she came in person to order it, and the girl said "whatever, just take some from the shelf." My mom asked when those were made and she said "I don't know, maybe today, maybe a few days ago." The reason we ordered ahead was they are food for a vacation so we want them fresh so we could eat them longer while we were gone. When my mom talked to the manager she was basically told "yeah I'll talk to them about it," but that's what we were told before, so we doubt it. It really came off as if they just wanted to get my mom to shut up and leave. Eventually she got her order, but after they somehow magically came up with the items to make it after telling her "sometimes we fill orders and sometimes we don't, we run out of things sometimes."

I highly doubt that this has just been bad luck three times after years of no issues, so I don't know if it was a change in management or if the deli workers are related to the owners so can do whatever they want or what, but something has changed and their customer service is in the crapper after years of it being great. So I still like the items they sell, but I cannot recommend them due to how they treat customers who simply want what was promised of them. If you aren't able to fulfill orders, don't...

Had to update my review because the quality of the store has dropped as steadily as the prices on foods increased. I've been coming here for years and just this year is when it has become so noticeable. It's heavily apparent in their shrinkflation where all servings are starting to be reduced as prices are also raised.

Prices & portions at the deli used to make buying warm lunch at the market viable, but compared to just a few years ago most serving sizes have shrunk by 33% or more while the prices are still raised (the lunch special used to be 4 chicken tenders and 2 sides for $8.99 but is now 2 """"large"""" pieces or 1 large and 2 small pieces with 2 sides for $9.99, not to mention the deli workers treat the food as if they get commission based on how much is left at the end of the night). If you want a good deli counter that still has decent serving sizes compared to what they ask in return, go to Vinickiers in almont. $1 less for 1 more chicken tender and a roll included. The chicken tenders used are Tyson Chicken Tenders and are sold for $50 for 65 of them. They aren't worth their weight in gold and putting 3 in the box is not an absurd ask for paying $10.

That is just my personal example as to why I won't be shopping at sheena's anymore. If I want lunch I can buy it from any fast food place and land under 9.99, so there's just no reason for me to go to sheena's, outside of desperation, anymore. Tragic, I've been a weekly deli customer for almost a decade now. I will take my business to another store offering better price to portion ratios as I can't see sheena's management ever deciding to walk back their policies on lowering...

This place is absolutely ridiculous, and they should be ashamed of theirselves. I have 30 different pictures of Brown or green meat that they have in their coolers, trying to sell for future 20% higher than every other store around my wife brought a rotisserie chicken home from there. That was literally petrified. It looked like it had been sitting for days. Half of their milk is rotten. And all the managers care about is the money, not the customers at all. The food is horrible. The prices are 20% higher than everywhere. Else do yourself a favor and go down the street to kroger. This place is a ripoff. A canister of pre-made coolid at Kroger's is 379 at Sheena's. It is 633. How does that math work out again? You people should be ashamed of yourselves. And maybe you should tell the kids at the register to stop playing on their phones. I live one minute away from here and used to come here for quick stop items.I will now drive several miles out of my way to avoid this place. I wish I could figure out how to post pictures because I would show everybody. The green ribeye is that they are selling for $20 a pound. Again, you should be ashamed of yourselves.I implore anyone to go.Look at their meat cooler.I guarantee you, you will want to vomit and never...
