Mick, Jonathan, and Deanne are awesome. I had an improperly installed and outdated aftermarket Pioneer AVIC. The factory BOSE amp and Bose speaker system was not working correctly, I wanted Apple CarPlay, and a factory looking backup camera. They recommended the Sony XAV-AX5500 head unit. They had the Sony communicating with the factory amp in less than an hour and got all 11 Bose speakers working including the factory sub-woofer. The backup camera installation on this vehicle is very challenging but as you can see it looks as close to factory as you can get with an aftermarket installation. They even helped me get the A/C control module out so I could replace the peeled TEMP and Fan buttons. The work they performed makes this a game changer for technology and convenience. Went in to get a quote for an issue with my backup camera and to have a sub and amp wired up. Was given an estimate of $300. Take the truck in and wait and the truck was in the back for around an hour and then when I go to pay, was charged for 3 hours labor, and total was over $100 more than estimate. I don’t think they had 3 people working on my truck for an hour, but should have noticed the sign that says they can not work on a vehicle with customers in the shop.
