This place has become terrible in the last year or so. I hadn't been in a while and went through the drive-thru probably 9 months ago, waited in a long line, then found out I could only use the drive-thru if I had the app. I did not. There were three menu items offered without the app, I can't remember what they were now but I didn't want them. This was after the lobby closed, so I was fairly irritated by the time I drove out.
I gave it another shot three or four months ago, but went into the lobby figuring I'm not downloading an app just to use the drive-thru. Plus it's truly is easier just to tell somebody an order you've been ordering for 50 years than pick through the menu on an app or even a kiosk. I go in and I'm told you can only use the kiosk. I get in line behind an older gentleman who had never used one before so I kind of helped him on it. I absolutely saw him order no lettuce on his three tacos. He finishes. I place my order, and his arrives with lettuce on the tacos. He finally gets someone attention and explains he had ordered the tacos with no lettuce, at that point in older woman walks up, looks at him and demands in an incredibly rude voice " just what's your problem?" He nicely explains, she looks at an order board, turns around and says no you didn't. Freaking unbelievable. Well now I'm mad so I step up and say :"Ma'am I absolutely helped him order that with no lettuce. Besides it doesn't matter, all you had to do is say I'm sorry sir, let me fix that for you. You know? Like good customer service?"
Yeah she wasn't kind to me picking up my order either but at least my order was right.
Yes this is long for a review but this place has become so outrageous they need to be shut down or new management put in place.
I stupidly gave it another chance a few weeks later, I go inside, the kiosk is broken so I waited the counter for a while, only to be told look on the other side there is another kiosk. I had not seen that one so fine, I put my order on that. I wanted to pay cash so I chose that option assuming they just took it at the counter when I picked up my order.
After waiting at the counter for a good while and being ignored, unfortunately the same lady as the previous time sees me and says what is it I need, and I just replied my order. She denies I have an order so I explained I had ordered and was going to pay cash, and she tells me we don't have anybody ot the counter at night so how did you think you were going to pay us cash? I just said I have no idea what employees you employ when, and I assumed I would pay when I picked up my order. So she huffs and puffs and makes a big deal opening the register for me. She finally gets my food and absolutely slams it on the counter. I instantly said geez. Not loudly, more just surprised. But when I did that she threw up her arms and started hollering loudly about how dare I come in there and take the lord's name in vain and I need to have respect for Jesus or something like that. The kids on the line are rolling their eyes behind her back, and all I could do was laugh at the absurdity of it. And oh yeah I forgot this lady had insisted she was the owner to that gentleman on my last visit.
So yeah, enjoy this ridiculous Taco Bell. You were...

Even years later I do not have luck here Either it's rude service from people who don't want to do their job or just can't do their job. Once I was even ordering at 11pm and the girl at the drive thru was batching about my order and telling me how they closed at 1am. I don't think our orders where complicated for the time we came. I just feel like she didn't want to do it. My order is always wrong and when I ask them to fix it they talk to my like I'm stupid. Every having the bag snatched out of my hand and my stuff thrown and crushed back in there.
I'll eventually stop coming here
edit: On Saturday, August 3rd, 2024, I visited the Taco Bell location. Unfortunately, this experience mirrored my previous encounters—I consistently encounter missing items or incorrect orders. Moreover, the staff’s demeanor tends to be discourteous, even when I maintain a calm and respectful tone. During this particular visit, I placed an order through the app for delivery. Regrettably, I received only three items out of my order, one of which was a complimentary item due to my spending exceeding $25. Notably absent were the two build-your-own Craving Boxes I had requested. Attempting to resolve the issue, I contacted my Dasher, but language barriers hindered effective communication. Simultaneously, I reached out to DoorDash, but they were unable to establish contact with the store. Frustrated but determined, I decided to visit the location in person—a common occurrence given their occasional oversight during busy periods. Upon explaining the situation to the staff, I encountered resistance. The night shift manager dismissed my request for my missing items, insisting that no remedy was available that day. Despite providing evidence that I hadn’t received my items, I faced skepticism and even accusations of dishonesty. In a final effort, I offered to share my ring camera footage from the delivery, but my plea fell on deaf ears. Eventually, I managed to connect with a DoorDash employee who initiated a redelivery of my order. However, after another hour, my third Dasher informed me that they were refusing to fulfill the order. Ultimately, I abandoned the pursuit and sought dinner elsewhere, paying double to the Dasher who had been left uncompensated due to the store’s refusal to fulfill the order. Being labeled a liar, regardless of the circumstances surrounding my missing food, left me feeling embarrassed and disheartened. I observed similar treatment toward other patrons that evening, with the store even declining to fulfill orders from paying customers. Regrettably, I doubt I’ll return to this location...
Read moreDo not order online at this location! Veronica (the manager) is both Unprofessional and Rude. Friday I placed an order that said “Card Invalid” and still got charged $41, I went into the store expecting to get this resolved or helped in some way I asked for a manager, had to wait a good 10 minutes and Veronica (the manager) was not helpful at all. She told me there’s “nothing they can do” and to “find the number on the website” when I asked her “Can you show me where the number is?” she said “I don’t know so no I can’t but everyone else can find it.” And rolled her eyes at me. I said, “So everyone can find it, but you can’t?” and she said “Well, I’ve never had to do one, so no. I can’t help you with that.” Number is not on their website like she said, rather you have to google to find it. I will not be eating at this location anymore after the way I was treated. She treated me like I was stupid because I was concerned about my money, rolled her eyes at me a good 3-4 times, and gave zero care about the line in the lobby. Completely unprofessional! If you do find the number though, taco bell customer service is VERY helpful and explained that the charge is pending and will be refunded in 2-5 business days from now. If Veronica knew what she was talking about and didn’t try to rush me out of there so fast, I could’ve dealt with this on Friday instead of it being Tuesday and me still stressed about...
