It is truly refreshing how customer service driven Debra and the rest of the Baskets Galore team have been. Our company had very short deadlines to get our clients gift baskets and Baskets Galore made it happen! One of the baskets was accidentally delivered to the wrong room by hotel staff so one of our top clients did not receive his. Once we found out, we reached out to Baskets Galore again and asked if there was any way they could get another basket to our client ASAP. Debra called us personally and helped us do some problem solving with timing. She took the time to go to a nearby local beer store (our client loves IPA's) and picked a few out and then hand delivered the basket herself to the hotel. Baskets Galore is a hidden gem! They make FABULOUS gift baskets for individuals or groups as well as have a gift shop in the storefront. Around the holidays is really cool, such cute decor and gifts to purchase. You can walk-in anytime. The staff is always super friendly and willing to work with you on any need no matter how big or small. Their products are great too, not cheap - nice brands of alcohol, food/snacks and candy. You can even customize products and ribbons with names, logos, etc.!! I’ve been to several “mixers” there with local business owners, friends and family- so fun!
