Very disappointed! First time customer, got a full highlight and toner. Initially color looked good, but once I got home and moved my hair around, work was poor quality. These pics were taken three days after the appointment - highlights bled and roots were terrible. Contacted salon when I was able, 11 total days after the appointment, and was told that they only fix problems one week from the appt date. When I stated I was not informed of this and had never been there before, the stylist texted me that she would fix the bleeding, but the roots were from 'regrowth' and would have to pay the full amount all over again to do anything about it. Regrowth after three days! I've never seen anyone's hair grow that fast! Finally the stylist said she would 'accommodate' me for the 'cost of the product'. The customer should not have to pay to correct the stylist's poor performance. Needless to say, wasted $100 and will never...

I've been a happy client of Studio M for the past few years. The staff are exceptionally friendly and extremely talented. I not a person who really knows much about style or hair, however, the stylists were able to give me easy and practical tips on improving my look. I've referred a number of customers to the salon and each person told me they too had an awesome experience.
