So I checked Auto Zone and got all my parts there for $145 versus $256 And I got better spark plugs. But the kicker is I went in at 9 this morning he said they dont have enough cash. Okay cool. Poor management, no communication, have your vehichle broke down all day l. Order a WARRANTY PART told i would have it next day at 9:45 i show up no part. Im then told it will be there at noon, i show up no part, i call at 1:30 oh we have to reorder it it will be here at 3. Management needs alot of work as well as district management. Each time I have been to this location Melody has been very helpful and knew exactly what I needed for parts. Prime example, I had called about a blend door actuator for my truck. The individual who I spoke to ordered it wrong but when I went in to pick up the actuator and some other items Melody figured it out, placed a new order for the right part and had it on the way for me.
