I've been here twice and was always treated poorly or as though our questions were an inconvenience. This is a shop for the elite, with extremely expensive gowns for people with money to throw away. If you're on a budget or just looking, there's no sense in going in here because all inquiries are treated like a burden. As a small business owner, my integrity would never let me treat potential customers this way. I see I'm not the only one who's said something about being treated rudely. This was my third dress shop of the day and it just so happens the place where I found my one! Becky and Pam were great stylists who really helped me pin-point what I wanted. I went in and actually found my dress as soon as I walked in the door. I wanted to get more options but at the end of the day I stuck with my second dress of the evening.
