Lillians — Local services in Buffalo

I was at the Lillians in Alexandria, MN mid November. The store was beautiful and the mother and daughter team were wonderful. It was a Sunday and they weren't actually open, but let us come in because they were there. Both were very helpful and extremely friendly even though they were trying to restock. Purchased quite a few items.

Unfortunately my visit to the Anoka, MN store yesterday was a completely different experience. Not only is the store much, much smaller, but I found the staff to be very unfriendly and unhelpful. Other than a quick hi as I came in, no one spoke another word to me during my 45 minute visit looking and trying on several items. It's too bad because I was so excited to try a store closer to home. I didn't purchase anything, not because I didn't find anything, but because the whole experience turned me off. I won't be back!

I can't say enough good things about Lillians. I was at the very first shop they opened in Buffalo, and have visited many other if their stores over the years. You will find an atmosphere that is created for the customer. You will find friendly employees, great product, and laughter. And if you dare to bring your husband they might ring a 'husband...
