Went for my second time to the shop with my boyfriend. We already knew what we were looking for so we went straight there. I grabbed a crystal hummingbird and we put it in the box because they displayed it outside of the box. I grabbed a purple crystal butterfly and grabbed the box to put it inside as well but before we did a worker came up behind us. A older man, with a beard, asked if he could set the items at the counter for us. He came back maybe a minute later to accuse me of stealing. “I figured I’d just come in ask before accusing you but were you trying to get away with a second crystal butterfly because the box was empty.” I told him that they had the crystal figures displayed on the outside of the boxes seeing hope the tags on both also match. I told them there are others displayed the exact same way and I could show him were I grabbed it. He then left. I told my boyfriend that I want to leave because I was hurt of being accused. So we went to head to the counter to buy the two crystals. We walked past their security room were two workers were just watching us on the camera. The women up front started treating us nicely all the sudden considering I paid for my items and didn’t steal them (I have never stolen anything). I will never go back after that experience. Just because I’m young doesn’t automatically make me a thief. I don’t suggest this place if you are younger. Even though other reviews have had the same issue and they are older. It’s a cool shop. I hope their employees can improve on...

Not a fan of the owners. They are very rude people. I have been shopping there for years and last couple of times we walk in to him arguing with someone. Also this last time, they followed me through the store. They literally followed me around and were not quiet about it. I found it very very rude for being such a long time customer to br treated like a thief in the making. Not sure I will ever be back.

What a great reply to someone that just spent over $100 AGAIN IN YOUR STORE! Yes, I remember the crystal ball. That you said was real. I paid $100 for and it turned out to be a fake sold on Amazon for half the price. You accepted the return, which is more than others have said in your other posts.

Cool store, but the workers are terrible... a short, older woman wouldn't leave me alone the entire time I was in the store. I've been to hundreds of antique stores, thrift stores, and flea markets around the US and I've never experienced anything like it. There's signs everywhere warning about shoplifting and that you're on camera, which is fine, but the workers literally don't leave you alone! I've never stolen anything in my entire life and to be treated like a criminal is offensive. I get that you have to protect your inventory, but these workers are literally hounds who treat everyone like criminals instead of customers who should feel welcomed.
