Please save yourself a major headache and look elsewhere... I have had so many issue with this company I don’t even know where to start this. I placed my first order a couple years back for some 20x20 high peak tents and when they came the center mast pins were missing so they told me to go to the hardware store and find a pipe that fits the sleeve. I know we are all human and can make mistakes so I let this 1 go. Fast forward to now.. I placed another order for a 20x30 frame tent top only and I ordered a 10x20. When they sent me my shipping confirmation I noticed the address was wrong so I emailed them to update my info and provided them with the correct address. I then get an email from Noel asking me for my new address which I already provided via email but I sent it again anyway. When I received my updated shipping confirmation the address was still wrong..: so I had to call again. This literally went on like 5 times! I explained that I needed my 10x20 ASAP and they charged my card in full and I was expected to get my tent in about 2 days. Well 2 days later nothing came and I called them and was told they never shipped it.. WHAT???? You took my money but didn’t ship my order!! I ended up canceling the order because I needed the tent that weekend so I had no choice but to rent it from a local competitor. I then get a call from Mark Slater who I assume is the owner or part owner and he tells me how this has never happened before and that he will personally make sure this gets fixed the next time I order and just how great their service really is etc etc... so about another week later I was in need again for a 10x20 or some 10x10’s. I called for Mark but was told he isn’t there so I had no choice but to order with someone else. I asked them to verify with the shipping dept if they had the stock and when it would go out. I was supposed to get a call back and that never happened. So I called again to find out what the hold up was and again was told they are looking into it and would call me back either way so that I knew what I had to do. Again no call back again. When I called back this time I was very angry at the lack of service I was getting and I was told AGAIN I would get a call back. I told them not to bother and I placed my order somewhere else. As all of this was going on my 20x30 tent top was delivered and when I opened it to inspect it I was absolutely stunned to find not only was it not a frame top it wasn’t even the correct size! They sent me a 20x40 pole tent..... I then called again to speak with Mark and again he wasn’t available so I also emailed him and made it very clear I wanted a return call or email so that we can discuss all of these issues but I still have not hear back from him at all!!! I have never dealt with a company that was this incompetent ever!!! You are better off to contact Celina... not only are most of the prices better the customer service is...
   Read moreDO NOT PURCHASE FROM THESE GUYS!! Terrible customer service! I ordered a capacitor for a blower that I had purchased a few years ago that had gone bad. The capacitor was defective upon arrival. I contacted them the day after I recieved the product. They took a week to get back to me. They wanted me to return the product. They were unable to ship me a new capacitor because they were out of stock until June. I have already bought a new capacitor elsewhere and it works great. They refuse to waive the shipping and restocking fee even though they sent me a defective product. They have seem confused throughout this whole process, thinking I have purchased an entire blower and not just a capacitor. I spoke with Liam on the phone and he assured me he would waive the shipping and restocking fees. Then when I received the shipping label the email said I would have to pay for the shipping and restocking. Why would you need to restock a defective product and why should I have to pay for shipping fees when you guys sent me something broken and want me to send it back. I’m extremely frustrated! It has now been 3 weeks since I started the return/refund process and it has still not been resolved. This company is a nightmare you don’t want...
   Read moreI am currently on hold to speak with a manager, while texting this review. Been on hold for 20 minutes so far. I ordered a 20’x20’ west coast frame tent several weeks ago. Prior to ordering, I confirmed with Adam that there would be instructions and video on how to put up the tent. Adam assured me it would be. After receiving the tent, I booked it out for a rental. Went to put the tent up the night before the event and after 4 hours trying to put it up, we seen that I had #2 poles that are not shown on the instructions nor the video. So we could not put the tent up. I had to disassemble everything and refund the customer. I contacted Adam on Monday and he informed me he would look into it and call me back. On Tuesday Adam email me and stated he sent me an outdated version of the instructions and video. He attached the new instructions and video which showed a different arrangement with the poles and also incorporating the #2 pole. I contacted Adam again, requesting someone to contact me concerning the instructions. He said he would have a tech guy call me to go over everything. A week and a half later and I still have heard from anyone. Poor customer service Alert!! Still on hold, 31 minutes later...
