Dishonest, fraudulent, scammers. My son bought his first car, a 2016 Audi from Auto World of Atlanta February, 2025. A couple hours after leaving, the check engine light came on. After scanning it at a mechanic, they said the code had been previously scanned and the light turned off. The repairs to resolve this issue cost $2800. After speaking to Auto World, they issued him a credit of $300. After waiting for over a month for the title to come in the mail, we finally contacted them, and nothing had been done as far as sending it. After numerous calls and repeated promises to send it the next day, they finally sent it. However, my son was told that he should pay them tax in Georgia and then they would issue a new title so he wouldnāt need to pay taxes in the state where he titled it. He paid them $700 in ātaxā. After everything was paid for, then he was given the paperwork to sign, which listed the tax as dealer service fee. When I called Auto World to try to explain the situation, of course he completely denied it all and says itās not his fault if people donāt understand what theyāre doing. I tried to explain it and come to a resolution but he got mad and hung up, so I guess the only way to explain it to him is on google reviews. He says a bad google review doesnāt matter to him because his version is the facts. Unfortunately, Auto Worlds business tactics have cost my son thousands of dollars. Please be advised if you are considering doing business at Auto World. Of course he denies all the issues and says my son is giving false information but that does nothing to resolve the thousands of dollars my son lost due to this...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreIf I could give you one piece of advice, it is to carefully check the car you want from this place, because I gave a down payment of $3,750 dollars for a Hyundai Veloster, I asked them if everything was in order with the car, if everything was up to date, and apparently they only washed it and sold it to me because the car was a month old and exactly a month later the turbo and the engine broke, the only thing these people are interested in is taking your money because they are not responsible for anything, I bought a service contract that they themselves sold me where it stipulates that they had to help me repair the car, and Fady, the one who sold me the car, does not respond to my messages, he only answered me worried, I imagine because he wants me to continue paying for a car that It is parked in the workshop, this place destroyed my life because they took all the savings I had, do not go near this dealer, it is a complete fraud.
Itās been 7 months and I still have problems with the car that I got from this leader, I barely bought it in January and the same month the turbo broke, now 5 months later the engine broke and I had to pay $ 10k to repair my car, when I asked for the maintenance papers for the car that they sold me, after telling me that all the maintenance was up to date, they told me they didnāt have any papers, they are liars, scammers and they only care about money, they have destroyed my life and they donāt even have the empathy to answer my messages, please do not come to this dealer it is full of scammers, they...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreI showed up to look at a 2008 Corvette base model as listed on the website, I got there and there was literally a bag of chips in the passenger seat, too dirty socks, and a Starbucks cup. The front right tire was flat, the interior was half melted, the odometer was covered. The car had a Z06 badge on it and they tried to tell me that it was a ZO6 for $20,000, even telling me that I was wrong and that the Corvette ZO6 came with an LS3 motor. There was weather stripping coming off on the inside. And the wheels were rusted. The interior was falling apart, the center console was only half on. These guys are a bunch of scammers do not buy a car from them and along with all of this, they knew I was coming and didn't detail it, and told me that I couldn't test drive it please stay away. In response to their reponse, the car i was looking at WAS a base model, as the the one listed on the website. YOU GUYS told me that it was ZO6 after i looked at the car, which was a lie, considering it had the wrong engine. I also didnt want to drive the car alone, i was fine with you guys riding with me, but i couldnt drive it anyway, because the tire was flat, so you guys can stop trying to...
