I am having the exact same problem as Anita Murphy. I solicited their services when I purchased a high dollar underwater LED lighting system for our vessel last year from AVC. They were professional and courteous during my initial dealings with them but roughly 6 months later one of my LED lights went out. Since the lights came with a year warranty my husband called to have the light replaced. We both called and left messages repeatedly but none of our calls were ever returned. 2 months later My husband then went to their place of business to catch someone there (we live over a hour away) and was told that they would happily replace the light free of charge. The date was set to haul the boat out of the water and have the light replaced but when that day came we were called by AVC and told that they needed to cancel because it was far too windy. It was indeed very windy that day so we agreed. They claimed that they would call us back with another date to haul the boat out. This was in September of 2016 and we haven't heard from them yet despite repeatedly calling. While I don't blame them for the faulty light that was manufactured by SeaBlaze, I am however extremely disappointed in their service and therefore could not suggest this company for...

Very professional show room and nice swag too....

The transducer (speed and depth) finally broke on our 2007 Harris 24-foot Tri-toon, and we decided to replace it with a new sonar and chart system. I went to the AVC Marine showroom and we settled on a Garmin ECHOMAP unit.

AVC went and got my boat, hauled it out of the water, installed the unit, put the boat back in the water, and docked it at our marina. Everything went like clockwork, and we are very happy with the unit, installation, and service. They even sent someone out to meet me at the boat and give me a short tutorial on the unit.
