Very bad customer service and misleading on when you can expect to receive their product. They have listed a 1-2 day shipping time and many of their products ALSO listed that the product will be shipped in 1-5 days, but even at checkout, there is the claim that the product will be shipped within 1-2 days. On top of this, don't expect it to be shipped from the US and to receive it in a timely manner. It must be shipped from overseas, because the product I ordered (nearly two weeks ago) has yet to make its way to my home - and I wonder if it ever will. I had to purchase another watch to give as a gift, since this one still has not been delivered. At this point, I would even worry if the product is even made well. They have advised that I will have to pay shipping back to them since I will no longer want the item that I am still waiting to receive! Do not use...

GPS of fedex driver demonstrates enough proof of delivery even though the driver may have never delivered the package to my doorstep.
