I took out an auto loan for a 2014 ram 1500 here in early Aug 2023. I had the vehicle shipped to AZ and, as such, could not test drive it. I asked for several pictures and videos. All seemed fine until it actually showed up. Firstly, the issue of actually registering the vehicle. They will tell you "out the door" and then fail to mention that they don't pay any sales tax.. great surprise at the DMV when I'm told I owe almost $2,000 to register for a year. Then I'm told by this dealer that I can get a 30-day tag. That does not help me pay the $2,000. Second, a safety feature listed on the sales page should work. Such as a reverse camera on a fairly large pickup truck. This feature did not work from the beginning and cost almost $800 to fix. When contacting this dealer, they simply state "no warranties", and act as if they had no knowledge of the issue.. Mind you, this was within a month of receiving the vehicle. They also failed to mention a few other things, which did not bother me until the replies I have received from the dealer. The overhead console is faulty and flickers, and the hood sensor is faulty and would not allow for remote-start. The rear tires need to be replaced as they are at 5/32 and below 4/32. Meaning it has uneven treadware hinting to bad alignment and possible accident that was never reported. There is a squeaking/grinding coming from one of the wheels. All four rotors and brake calipers need to be replaced as they have MAJOR rust. Not to mention the 7, Yes, SEVEN open recalls, which they claim that there were none.. explain to me how the MOPAR website says it has open recalls then?? Note: The recalls did not bother me (as they are covered by mopar's warranty) until they lied about it.. I am fully aware that used vehicles are almost never perfect, but this is just ridiculous for a $21,700 vehicle. I can deal with minor repairs and maintenance, but don't lie about it when I ask.. This dealer managed to turn what was a positive experience, into a nightmare. Taking full advantage of a first-time car buyer after being in an accident. I do not recommend them for any purpose. UPDATE: I have still have not received any response from the dealer. A report was filed with the local BBB. Some other issues have shown up with the vehicle as well. All four fenders have rust eating through them (dealer attempted to cover it up with paint, which is now falling off) the passenger side front is by far the worst as the inner fender liner has detached due to the rust hole. Always check for overspray!!!! ALWAYS!! UPDATE(2): They waited almost 6 months to respond to my review. Also, they did not mention anything but the taxes, which they conveniently leave out they part where they said twice I was paying the OUT THE DOOR PRICE no mention at anytime of separate tax or registration cost... scummy excuse for a business. Also, the gas tank fell out and the oil pan rusted through. Thanks for that guys. TLDR; cost of truck: $21,700 Shipping: $800 Reg and tax: $1,854 Repairs (so far): $4,900+ RUST! RUST!! RUST!!!

I read some of the reviews on here… I see a mixture of good and bad. I had a really good experience from this place everybody was very nice and helpful. I personally like this place because, I hate being hassled to buy something and they did not do that. I spent about 2 hours inspecting the vehicle I brought a 2020 Nissan Rogue. I notice somethings about the vehicle but nothing that was alarming (I am buying USED not new). I purchased the vehicle and honestly so far so good. I really like it. The price was good. My car had one key but they were nice enough to get me another key made. A lot of dealerships, I dealt with in the past would have not done that. I would encourage everybody no matter where you buy a used car from, take an experience person or mechanic with you. Or educate yourself (youtube) on things to look for when buying a used vehicle just don’t get in a car listening to the music turn everything off really listen to the car, get feel of it, feel how it drives a lot of issues can be weeded out just by listening and getting a feel for the car. I’m sure most of us have been driving vehicles for a few years now. Use that knowledge when buying a vehicle, I would recommend the following but again I’m not a mechanic hell I can’t even fix a lot of things on a car 😂, but I bought a lot of cars in my day new and old: Let the car sit for at least 10 minutes listens to it turn the a/c and heat on while you’re doing it. Before you drive it off the lot, drive in like 10 feet forward and reverse, listen to the gear shift and see if it sounds a like normal car you drove before. When you drive it on the road listen to the engine, listen for any unusual sounds. Any dragging sounds etc. How smooth is the ride? Make sure the car is not jerking or excessive shaking. Look underneath the hood, any oil leaks or chemicals anywhere, any rust spots? Call the manufacturer check to see if the powertrain warranty is any good? Depending on the make and model and year and mileage sometimes there’s still some warranty left on the vehicle that covers the transmission and the engine or major parts of the vehicle. Now test the radio, charging ports, etc. This is a big investment stop relying on the sale-man to do your research. I would not TAKE anybody word if I am spending over $100. Trust your research or hire a mechanic to go with you. Overall, I am happy with my vehicle purchase, and the price they was asking for. I did see the Carfax. I will tell you firsthand all accidents do not get reported by Carfax. That’s why you need to do extra research. Also, I won’t recommend buying a used car without some type of warranty left on a vehicle or purchase an extra warranty, depending on your risk factor.

Purchased a 2011 Hyundai Equus Ultimate through TrueCar military program. Sight said that I could purchase from comfort of my home. I live 7 hours away with a spine disibility so I trusted that I could purchase without seeing. The dealer was great until he got the check. Car was delivered to my home the driver basically handed me the keys and ran off because he parked trailer in different neighborhood with wrecked cars on it. Looked car over and found major discrepancies. Chipped windshield hell damage on roof and trunk. OBD reader was hanging unattached. to anything. This arrived 3 weeks ago there was no gas in vehicle so I went to get gas car drives terribly. Tried to open gas tank and theres a rusty screw holding gas cap door closed. Took car to electrical shop and they found that coke had been spilled in the console so they disabled console to clean comonents and also found am controller in trunk was corroded and had to be replaced and is still not working correctly and have to take car back after 900.00 charge. Then to car to another repair shop to have the way it drives because Hyundai can not get me in til July. Repair shop found that the car has been wreck and there a lot of front end damage. Airride susension had been removed and replaced with incorrect aftermarket parts. The underpinnings and wheel wail covers were missing. 3400.00 charge and I to take it back because it still does not drive right. Theres no backup camera that works my VSM ECS AND FRONT END WARNING LIGHT WILL NOT GO OUT due to incorrect aftermarket replacement parts. 3 weeks of ownership and dealer will not return call or TXT but TrueCar reached out to him and dealer offered them 100.00. TrueCar said that they may escalate it 3 weeks and I have not heard anything to do with INTEGRY from either party. Car is back in the shop 4200.00 and its still garbage.Go aquote to put OEM suspension system back on car to clear dashlights 7k. Also backup camera is completely out 800.

Greetings, my review is on behalf of my Sister whom purchased a Car from Georgia Auto Dealer on July 28, 2023, CASH❗️Just over a week & half her car began to smoke. On Aug. 17, 2023 she took the vehicle in to a local dealership to be serviced & diagnosed. Long story short: She was advised by 2 DIFFERENT Mechanic Shops including the maker of the vehicle & another shop ....that the work needed to be performed was in reference to MAJOR ENGINE problems. On that EXACT same day ... She then reached out to Georgia Auto Dealers to inform them what she had been advised by 2 PROFESSIONAL mechanic shops. The sales representative she spoke with asked to forward their business (Georgia Auto Dealers) the paperwork & PROMISED to get back with her. Needless to say: THE representative NEVER contacted my Sister back concerning this HORRIFIC situation concerning this vehicle that she had brought just approximately 2 weeks prior too. We were VERY CLEAR that when she purchased the vehicle of the said terms. However, because of the INTEGRITY of their business.... you would THINK, this situation would at least merit a return phone call. On Sept. 7, 2023 ...I (Dr. Tobby Leverette) REPEATEDLY called their dealership on my sister's behalf to discuss. After leaving 4 VOICE Messages & sending a text message .... the Sales Representative , which is a MANAGER at Dealership ....FINALLY called me back. We spoke extensively concerning this matter kindly suggested that this matter be resolved. The salesperson PROMISED to get in touch with the Dealership OWNER & get back to my Sister TODAY. After we NEVER heard back from them .... my Sister called the Dealership in hopes that they were NOT closed. Because SEEMINGLY this Dealership operates with A CELLULAR DEVICE .... they THEN sent her a message saying: Please text me. (EXTREMELY UNPROFESSIONAL) Oddly, when I personally called 4 times earlier TODAY.... I NEVER received a response text message or acknowledgement UNTIL after the COUNTLESS Attempts of calling. Long story - Short .... Once we did speak with the 2 MANAGERS.... they BOTH stated that they were advised after speaking with THE OWNER ..... there's absolutely NOTHING that they could/would do to get this matter rectified or resolved. Please keep in mind: My sister purchased the Vehicle CASH .... so therefore there was NO FURTHER interest on "GEORGIA AUTO DEALERS" to rectify THIS UNFORTUNATE, HORRIFIC expirence. Had this vehicle been FINANCED .... there probably would have been an interest , because they would have wanted my sister to CONTINUE paying for it. Prayerfully, MY Sister's expirence with "GEORGIA AUTO DEALERS LLC" would be helpful to others when CONSIDERING.... making a purchase from THIS Dealership. The lack of INTEGRITY, Customer Satisfaction & SEEMINGLY .... A VEHICLE that need MAJOR WORK would strongly be considered BEFORE doing business with "GEORGIA AUTO DEALERS LLC".

  • If it was possible to give a NEGATIVE 5 Stars ..... I would have without hesitation.

Also, I MUST ADD : THE FAULTY, DEFECTIVE Automobile ENGINE went TOTALLY OUT❗️ The Vehicle is Inoperable & needing AN ENGINE. I STRONGLY ADVISE EVERYONE: DO NOT purchase a vehicle from GEORGIA AUTO DEALERS LLC.... except you're willing & READY to have MAJOR Vehicle problems..... IMMEDIATELY❗️

Edit: replying back to the business response “we were not open during the time I posted the review” and “we send video walk arounds” FIRST off nice try …but, not good enough. So to confirm yes I am posting about the correct car lot, I have emails and the video you sent as well as the GPS screen shot showing your exact address I went to that I could post if need be. So to address the “time” I posted LOL about your business not being open, ummmmm duh because by the time I had to go purchase another truck and drive 5 hrs back and return the rental and settle my kids in it was almost 2 in the morning so yes you were not open during my review post and that makes you think I have the wrong place? To address “we send walk around videos” I think plain as day I said my husband converse about a week and had pictures sent….oh excuse me I didn’t put video, which is even worse! But, besides cosmetics our main priority is the truck being mechanically inclined when we’re about to hand over a check for over $17k and it by allll means was not!! No further response will be given to any other replies. This is a review for others to take heed or maybe your car lot to do honest business with integrity because time and money is not a thing to waste. But, we’re happy with our new purchase sorry not sorry.

You definitely want to have someone that is mechanically inclined come with you to check whatever vehicle you buy from this place. My husband spoke to someone for approximately a week about a vehicle, had pictures sent & informed them he was coming 5 hours away (so that’ll be a 10+ hour round trip) We took off work, rented a car and had our little ones with us. The truck we seen in person versus in the pictures was very deceiving. Not only cosmetically different, but mechanically it was probably not going to make a 5 hour trip back home. Tried to look at a second vehicle, but it was dead and no one could be found to jump it off, but I guess that’s the positive side is the sales person was not rushy, pushy or pressuring or steady in your face (wonder why?? especially when you’re asking them about the mechanical issues you see, took off real fast) When we finally located the salesman to give the keys back there was no questions asking if we were or were not interested or why; I think he already knew he wasn’t dealing with a slow leak and to let us be on our merry little way. We ended up going to another car lot & buying another truck so our trip wasn’t a total waste. I don’t like doing negative reviews, but buying a car especially over $17k and traveling made me want to warn people to really do your research before coming here. Companies like this I know are trying to make a dollar, but sometimes this may be a person in desperate need’s last dollar. Ensuring a car is mechanically inclined or will not cost someone a lot of money to fix it while they’re probably financing it should be an integrity that a...
