I stopped in a few weeks ago after I got off work. I came out of the store to see that my parked car had been hit. It turns out the delivery driver bringing in the freight hit it with his semi truck. He came over and explained what happened and complained that it took me so long to get out of the store. They called the store manager to come over and take a look so we could figure out what to do. I tried to swap insurance information but they absolutely refused saying that the store would cover the damage and that I just needed to come in the next day. I spent an hour trying to get insurance information or even a paper saying what happened but they refused. At one point the truck driver laughed and said i should have picked a better parking spot (i was in a marked spot). I went in the next day and the manager spent a whole ten seconds telling me it wasn't their issue and to call the warehouse. I did, they said they would call me back. They didn't. The driver gave me his bosses phone number so I called him. It took several days but he did return my call. He said to get a quote and to text it to him. I did. Never heard back. I called back several days later and he said the store owner was going to call me. It's been almost a week and nothing. I'm pretty sure they aren't going to pay to fix my car. So if you shop here be careful, you might leave with with a car...

Last time I was trying to scan naval oranges and it didn't scan. Before I had a chance to realize they have a 4 digit code. A employee who was 2 ft behind me just grab the oranges from me and was rude about it. I didn't even have a chance to catch the mistake myself. There was another customer who was asking for help, the employee literally ignored the other person. I've would of been happy to show my receipt to upon leaving. After dealing with that and dealing with a rude cashier. Another time my 75 yr old mother ordered some things on points. She went to the store 2 to 3 times asking if they arrived. Customer service kept telling her no. Almost a month later she ended up calling cooperate to find out where her things were after having Another associate tell her they don't have anything for her. Cooperate said the items have been at the store for over a month. The manager Wendy started being rude and belittling my mom. Over her calling cooperate, all you had to do was come in ask! I was present a few of the times! Last time we use this...

Today is April 1, 2025. This is not a joke, though. Yesterday, we had an urgent need for a chain dog leash. Our golden Doodle had destroyed two leashes. My wife went to Ridley’s, hoping to find a metal chain leash. They didn’t have one but a young man in the hardware store, put one together piece by piece just as she needed and much better than we could have hoped for even on Amazon. We were astounded at the young man’s courtesy and professionalism. He knew where to find each part of the leash and put it together on the spot!!! What a treasure he is. We will now be going to Ridley’s in Buhl for many more of what we’ve been purchasing on Amazon and at...
