I deal with this CES location frequently as an employee for a contractor that uses them as a supplier. Jason, Michael and Alex as well as everyone else front or back of house are always friendly, helpful and do great service. Whenever something’s not in stock they’re sure to have it there ASAP. Recently, I had an issue with a personal tool order I’d ordered through them that was originally supposed to arrive on time, but got delayed due to an error in-store and would instead arrive after the date I needed it by. Jason and Mike went absolutely above and beyond in making sure those items were expedited, keeping me updated on shipping status and even had it personally delivered straight to me on the day that I needed it. These are guys that truly stand behind their work and do everything they can to make sure their customers are happy. I always feel treated like family at this store and I very much look forward to doing business with them in the future. Highly recommend...
