AMAZING!!! I really have no words to express how amazing the food and drinks are here! Me and my family stayed in NC for about a week and this food for without a doubt the freshest and most flavorful! All meals are made fresh and taste amazing! My #1 recommendation would be the Mozzarella and prostituto panini! I ordered mine with just prosciutto and mozzarella without all the greens and glazed balsamic vinegar based off of my personal taste but with the drizzle of olive oil and the fresh toasted panini bread everything melts in your mouth! So much so we ate here 2 days in a row!! The lox salmon and cream cheese bagel is also amazing and don’t even get me started on the best cappuccino I’ve ever tried! 2 words FRESH and AUTHENTIC this place really knows what there doing with there coffees! I stopped into Zia Maria’s on a whim, and it absolutely made my day! This charming Italian café is a true hidden gem in Bunnell, offering authentic pastries, gelato, fresh-made food, and incredible Italian coffee.

One of the highlights for me was their Double Chocolate Sandwich Cookies—one of my all-time favorites and incredibly hard to find. They were absolutely delicious, with the perfect balance of rich chocolate and melt-in-your-mouth goodness. They also had a beautiful selection of classic Italian cookies and pastries that looked phenomenal.

My latte was spot on, smooth, rich, and perfectly crafted. You can tell they take pride in every cup they make. Between the warm, inviting atmosphere and the quality of their offerings, I’ll definitely be back for more! I had the most delicious lunch today at Zia Maria’s Caffe! The atmosphere inside this quaint little restaurant is so warm and welcoming. It truly has that family feel! The decor is gorgeous, and the bakery cases are full of all sorts of treats makes you feel like you’re really in Italy! I ordered the special of the day, which was a chicken pesto panini with prosciutto, a hot chai latte, and a box of pastries to take home to my kids. The panini was flavorful, fresh, and filling, and it came with a side of imported tomato-flavored chips that were incredible. The chai latte was rich and perfectly crafted.
