Pool Furniture Supply is my absolute go-to when purchasing furniture for our Community Association properties. They have a wonderful selection, for every budget. We were able to design loungers that the Board wanted easily.

The ordering process is a breeze and their communication is outstanding. Before charging our account, they contacted us to be sure we are aware of their lead-time for manufacturing and delivery prep. Once finished, they contacted us again to let us know we were about to be charged. Once charged, they sent a link to the delivery service tracker. They included specific instructions on the delivery process.

Once out for delivery, they CALLED me to be sure we were prepared and once again reviewed the delivery process and what to do about any damages noticed. However, the delivery process was completely smooth, we were called by the driver prior to delivery and there were NO damages!

I have had a tremendously enjoyable business experience with Pool Furniture Supply. The first time I went to their website I chatted with Charlene and from the first moment to the last (about 2 1/2 hours later), she was a shining example of excellent customer service. She patiently answered all of my questions, made wonderful suggestions, and just did a wonderful job of making the experience enjoyable. I was out of my element, as I had never shopped for or ordered commercial pool furniture before. Also, the pricing was amazing. I gave Charlene my budget and she got me everything we needed and more and came in UNDER budget, including shipping! Wonderful company to work with! I’ve order twice from them for my communities amenity center. Pool loungers, end tables, chairs, tables, umbrellas, & two in water loungers! The new items brighten up the pool area so beautifully!! The customer service is great! When damage occurred to two umbrellas due to a bad storm they were able to assist and helped with the replacement which was covered under the amazing warranties their products have. Delivery was a breeze! Actually received the items earlier then quoted even during the height of the pandemic.
