Absolute horrible customer service! Their ONLY goal is to collect their checks. This company has no regards for their customers concerns nor do they want to hear about them. Whenever an issue with the product came up, we were told “I didn’t think it bothered you that much” or “I wasn’t aware” when we specifically pointed out the issues to the said person who designed it and made the adjustments!! Eventually, yes, the final product was delivered. We were supposed to get a touch up kit which was part of the initial contract. We were left with an opened and USED touch up kit for our brand new cabinets. Who knows how much is even in it!!! Be advised we had to request it multiple times. Before making the final payment I made sure to express my concerns to the owner. He at NO POINT cared to listen or hear what we had to say. He spoke over us and was clearly there for one thing and one thing only!!! To collect his final payment! He did not care in the slightest bit to hear any of the concerns that we had during the project or with the designer/sales person. I understand that projects do not always go as smoothly as planned; however, customer service should always be a priority. At no point does this company care about their customers! I work with my dad every week and im seeing the countless hours of his hard work come in through peoples homes. He really puts love into his designs creating everything from the basics to your dream kitchens. He comes up with the most intricate designs to make the most of your space and to give you the most functionality not to mention the end result being gorgeous. He tends to take his work home with him staying up late trying to think of a way around the weird kitchen layouts most designers dont have a solution for and he not only creates a solution but a beautiful design! I know I have a bias because hes my dad but being that he has been in this business for 40 years, he has gained incredible insight and hes so remarkably talented. He canceled 10 minutes prior to our first appointment - which he said was due to not feeling well but I think he could have given a more advanced notice. I work and my days off are precious to me - I had planned my day around this appointment. Than when he arrived for the rescheduled appointment I had asked him to park his truck across the street on an empty lot but when we opened the door he had parked in my neighbors driveway! How rude! When we asked him to park in the empty lot he rudely asked "why can't I park in your driveway". He then went to his car and drove away. He texted me that my husband seemed angry and his company was not the right fit for us. My husband was not angry, he was surprised and annoyed that someone would park in someone else's driveway without permission. He is right - we are definitely not...
