Our daughter discovered BPP in May and suggested it to us. We became residents in July. We are very happy here. The residence is owned and operated by a family, not a corporation. They are totally attuned to us and our needs. The buildings are beautifully decorated for each season and well maintained always. Everyone is friendly. There are enjoyable activities every day: chair yoga, pinochle, a singing group, bean bag baseball, bingo, Trivial Pursuit, Mexican train, movies, a trip to a Mariners game, the symphony, a casino, lunch at a local restaurant, etc. You can be as busy as you want to be. We have lived at Boulevard Park Place for 2 1/2 years and we love it! Our apartment is roomy and we have a large deck with a nice view of mountains in the distance. I moved into the Boulevard Park Place retirement community almost two weeks ago. It's exactly what I was looking for. The apt itself is lovely and includes A/C and an in-unit washer &dryer. Another big plus are the managers. 4 in total with 24/7 coverage. In addition they coordinate activities for those who want to participate. Finally, the people I've met are so friendly and welcoming.
