Hoover’s Thriftway — Local services in Burlington

Very nice grocery store, they do a wonderful job of making sure the inventory is as vast as ive ever seen in a small hometown market. These people at hoovers actually take pride in the job they do of pleasing there customers, of course not as CHEAP as a Walton family outlet - but do feel its fairly priced as only grocery for atleast 35 miles in any direction.

Buy a pkg of there 80/20 hamburger and see it tastes like ground steak = true...

This is a nice store with lots of nice and different merchandise. They have some good gluten free options. They also have a water dispenser which is terrific. Pricing is a little high but not that bad. I would gladly give 4 stars but they do not offer a bathroom AT ALL. They have money orders and a deli and nice fresh fruit.
