Pizza Hut — Restaurant in Burlington

The food is hit and miss. Been there 3 times so far. The last two times had a young red head (no name) waitress. 3 workers that I saw, and only 5 small parties dining in ( all 3 or less) and she took 10 minutes just to being me my drink. Food was cold each time she brought it out, had an appetizer and a pizza. Never got the bill brought to me. Then to manner it worse, I went up front so I could get the bill after waiting and when she rung it up she charged me wrong. Ran my card, and when I went to sign I asked about why it was so much. She said she'd didn't know how to ring it up so she just did it that way. Just shrugged her shoulder like no big deal, and when I asked for the manager she got mad. Then the manager could not fix the money owed, then came up with some bs about having a $15 credit next time I came in. So I paid to much and left shaking my head. I order with another person in the app. There is no where to add extra dressing for the Pizza Hut Supreme Sandwich. So, I always call to let them know. Casey says, "that will be an added .71! I said I've never been charged because it comes on the sandwich I just need extra. I go pickup the order and a lady comes to the window and says she doesn't get why I've never paid. Again, I explain. She says they have "always" charged. I replied that I could assure her in a decade I've never been charged. I went ahead and agree since it's last minute and she hands me a much smaller container than I've always gotten. I said are you kidding me!? Was hired by regional manager and filled out ALL paperwork. He was in serious accident and when my son and I went back to see about schedule the assistant manager "re-interviewed" us. I had to fill out another application. Assistant manager said that to break my son(17yrs) out of his shell (doesn't talk unless he needs something) that she'd tell him sexual jokes or come up and dry hump his leg. Went back to see if regional manager was out of hospital yet (two customers in the restaurant and waited on someone to come out from the back for more than 10 minutes) and was told that my son and I were not needed.
