While on a recent outing with our RV we woke up with no heat in the RV. We found that even though we were plugged into to50amp shore power we had no AC. I had just changed all 6 batteries because they kept losing their charge (not the problem). After working with Magnum support it was determined that the unit either needed to be replaced or serviced. I did a quick search and found “Vance Industrial Electronics “. I made a phone call and was told they would be glad to look at it. I took it to them the next day, (a first class shop). The next week I call and they had just finished testing the charger and I could pick it up. I picked it up and tested it, just like new.
