I have always taken my car to the Toyota dealer for ten years where I bought it. They have always done a good job and I have trusted them because it’s a Toyota. Today I was not so happy. After I paid for the services I got in my car to leave. The front passenger seat was filthy and I was shocked. I know my car is older than most but I have taken very good care of it so it would last a long time. I went back in and told the clerk so she came out to look at it. When I purchased my new to me car from Bosak I wasn’t aware it had locked lug nuts that required a specific key tool to get them off. I discovered this today when I went to a tire repair shop to repair a nail in my tire, only to find that I didn’t have the correct tool, I never received it.
