Very cute boutique! It has a nice vintage but earthy feel. Love the natural soaps, homemade candy, jars of jams, and pickles! However, they do charge a 3% fee for card transactions, which is the most common form of payment. This should be the cost of doing business. In addition the owner, said “it’s only 56 cents”. If it’s “only” a couple of cents why doesn’t the merchant accept the cost? It’s unfortunate with inflation the consumer is responsible for transactional fees/cost of doing business. The owner could be less condescending during checkout and with google reviews. In addition, there was some hesitation when I asked for my items to be double bagged as I had 3 jars of jam that needed additional support. I guess I should bring my own bag.
