I called this afternoon asking if they could create a nice floral arrangement for someone special in Sumterville and still deliver the same day. I gave them a $85 to $90 price range for a Fall/Halloween Color arrangement and they had it created and delivered within 2 hours of my call. They exceeded my expectations for service and my special someone loved the flowers. Thank you so very much. This is a wonderful florist. We were recommended to them when my mother passed away, and we needed flowers for the funeral. As soon as we walked in we were warmly greeted, and the lady who was there was so compassionate and really took time with my family while we were trying to pick something out. We were never rushed or pressured to buy anything extra, and she was very willing to work within our budget. We all found an arrangement we all liked and she put the order in right away. (They also have very cool, unique items for sale in the shop) When we arrived for the viewing, the flowers were there and they were gorgeous! We were so pleased with how they looked, they did such a wonderful job. Even the back of the arrangement was full and vibrant. Mom would have loved it. LOVE LOVE LOVE this place. The ease of service is amazing. Honestly, I don't even know what to order or how to word a card and they just come through every time! Literally every time; they are spot on. The service is outstanding, no matter if they are slammed busy on the phone, lobby full of customers, or getting ready for prom and a wedding at the same time. These folks treat you like their own. Often, I am not there when the flowers are delivered, and they send me an email that it was delivered. They even send a pic when they deliver graveside!
