Went here to sell a gold necklace, bracelet and charm for the necklace all solid gold. 14K. An older bald gentleman told me my gold was fake immediately. He said the color was off and it was too light in weight to be real. He took off his own personal necklace and said mine is real see the color difference, yours is fake. He would not even test it, even though I had the receipts for all three pieces that I bought from a well-known reputable jewelry store and the original boxes and all paperwork. He told me the company I bought from robbed me and that I should contact a lawyer, but refused to test any of the pieces. Towards the end of our conversation, he insinuated that I may even be trying to scam him. At that point I left. I brought the three pieces to Roxbury coin which tested them on the spot no questions asked and I got more money than I expected for them. I told the owner and his daughter in Roxbury what happened and they told me they get a lot of customers from Byram with very similar stories to mine. They also showed me that my gold was the same color as all of their gold. If you have any doubts here, I would absolutely get a second opinion. I would never go back to this establishment...

5 star rating does not do Byram Jeweler's justice. . I met Earl first, my 1st impression was that i felt as though we had been friends for years. The most honest man i have met to date in this buisness. As well as caring professional he gave me his honest opinion. I value people with his qualities for the reason you do not find people like that often in this world anymore. The following day i met his partner Jeff. Again another amazing individual. Professional, but he made me feel as though i had known him for years. Neither men were pushy, or felt as though they were better than me. I have found a forever home when it comes to buying jewlery or selling jewlery.

These 2 men are both very nice and down to earth and the real deal. I cant wait to tell everyone i know about them and to check them out. I hope you will too. I promise you wont be disappointed one bit. But rather walk away feeling like you made 2 really good...

The journey for the perfect engagement ring . Keith and I happened upon Byram Jewelers. We were greeted by Jeff, Very friendly and knowledgable. I didn't know exactly what I was looking for other then a square stone,and white gold. We had been to numerous stores , with no luck. Until Byram Jewelers!!!!! Jeff was so helpful in the design of my ring, And Earl had come out of the back to offer his expertise in the design as well. I received the best possible combination of two styles for one unique kind of ring. It is truly a Georgeous Ring !!!! We cannot Thank You enough, for your Professionalism and Courteous Service.
