I recently had the pleasure of working with Nanci at A Little Formal and More, and I can't recommend her highly enough! . After my sister had a frustrating experience with another shop that couldn’t deliver her dress in time, she found herself in a panic…with just 2 months until the wedding! Thankfully, I found A Little Formal and More through a Google search and thought I’d give it a try - I called after hours, planning to leave a message and hoping someone might call me back. Much to my surprise, Nanci the store owner answered, and was SO helpful and encouraging! . Nanci stepped in and was incredibly responsive, understanding and kind. She quickly located my sister’s dream dress in the right size and color, and even worked with her vendors to expedite shipping. What really stood out was her dedication; she answered my call even after the store was closed, and got back to me with amazing options in less than 30 minutes. . You should be able to give zero stars. If you are getting married absolutely do not use this business. Prom dresses maybe absolutely do not get suits here. We met the owner months in advance, all guys were measured. Fast forward to the week of wedding they were called in and not one suit was correct, not little mistakes huge mistakes.. pants were capris several sizes off. 3 days before wedding we were told there would not be a suit large enough for best man. Owner blamed the suit company and her daughters, never took responsibility. We had to go in every day for 3 days to change multiple suits and go over colors. Fast forward to wedding day, our groomsmen did not have all the right color pocket squares or ties. Grooms suit was to baggy with sleeves to long. The don’t actually have tailored suits. Although I’d love to support a local small business I would never recommend this place. $20k wedding only to be disappointed with something as simple as suits.
