Ok. So I have held my tongue for the last time with this location. Drove past several other restaurants in town to go and eat chicken from this location. Went inside and ordered my food and I’m watching the lady that took my order fill up drive thru orders for chicken. After I wait around for 10 minutes or so, I’m asked if it would be possible for me to wait another 10 minutes for spicy or if I would just take mild. I say I’ll go ahead and get mild, because I’m on my lunch break and they tell me all they have is 1 breast and all wings. I asked for legs and no. The STORE MANAGER is up front and says “if you’ll wait, you’ll get spicy”. I stated that I didn’t have time and drove from quite a ways out to get the chicken. She walks away and goes behind the cook rack and says “people are just being so rude today”. What the heck? When did it become ok to blame a customer for your business not having what I ordered? Walk a customer due to something going on in your life?! I then asked the cashier just to refund me because I was not going to have this manager talk to her employees about me being “rude”. The cashier shorted me what I paid, so I asked for the rest and left. Someone needs to be aware that the customer is paying for your food and services. You don’t just walk customers!! I deal with these customers daily in my line of business and I fully expect great customer service from all of my employees, especially the manager. I’m sure they are running your business away. I have never been so disappointed with a company in my life. Looks like the new Chic Fil A will be my go to now. Thanks if you’re...
Read moreUpdate.. I returned to this location last night. The drive through employee was nice but my same complaint stands. Still offered no napkins or dinnerware.. this time had to go inside to get the rest of my order and the same guy that literally just handed me my order made me go back out and get the receipt to prove I had paid for the items missing when he just handed me the bag. I hadn't even left the parking lot. You would think with my being the only customer there at all, he would remember this very small order. Smh..
This is a all around local trip to a Louisiana kitchen right in your hometown. My experience with most locations, the flavor, and freshness is pretty consistent. Usually, a few minutes wait in the dine area. Usually, you can count on a 5 - to 10-minute wait in the drive-through. But folks understand, it's not a wait because the employees don't have it together, it's because they are making your shrimp and chicken absolutely fresh every time for everyone. So be patient. It's always worth it. One thing they could improve that for me has been a consistent problem is in the drive through, after that long wait for awesome food, they frequently forget to give napkins and disposable utensils and this never gets noticed until I'm down the road. Other than that, keep up the great,...
Read moreIt was awful I can't tell you anything about the food because I never got mine. I arrived at 11:40am and still hadn't gotten my food at 12:10, or at 12:20 they had only given out two orders in 30 minutes. The food racks were full and the drive through line was moving but after 30 minutes and about 12 orders or more I was still 4 away from being called. After I complained softly and let them know that only 2 orders have been filled in 30 minutes a couple people on ball teams went up and said that they had to go so the slow poke move like molasses in the winter time started handing out orders. To two people who handed her their tickets. They were like 5 or 7 behind me and the 2 or three still ahead of me were still waiting and we had a game to go to also. I asked her if she could fill out those orders why couldn't she fill these and she looked at me with the dumbest look on her face and the manager who had been at the window walked up and asked if there was a problem. And I told her the keep my order and give it away, we had to go. I can tell you there were a dozen families standing around waiting on their order and these people could care less. Skip this place unless the parking lot is...
