Half hour later I proceeded to peel off plastics and noticed that the base of the dining table had a corner that was crushed & a large scratch in the chrome (this was covered with black colored plastic that had to be peeled off so there's no way it would have been noticed with just opening the boxes). The box was also very wet on arrival so likely it was dropped at some point before getting to me. I called immediately to report this & they said they could repair it but not exchange or refund. When I got to the repair place (very far from home) they stated nothing could be done about the scratch and I have yet to see how this repair will come out. Bottom line: they sold me damaged merchandise & are being rigid about not allowing an even exchange. This is poor customer service and overall unreasonable. Make sure you open every little piece & peel off every little plastic before the delivery driver leaves & before you sign anything attesting to the condition of the merchandise because otherwise, they will not be reasonable to deal with you later even if they're...
Poor customer service. I saw an item marked at $1,497 and 3 days later I go to buy it and the priced tag was removed, they told it that the price is $1,897. I told them that that wasn't the price and I even show them evidence because I had taken a picture of the item with it's price if $1,497. The salesperson said that there was nothing she could do because the manager was off. She proceeded to call the general manager (Gina) who rapidly told her over the phone that there was nothing to do, that that is the price! I asked to talk to her over the phone but they said no. I went today again and spoke to the manager (Claudio) and he said there was nothing he could do. I told him that I work in sales and that I had proof of the price and that there's such a thing called quality customer service and satisfaction but he just repeated that there's nothing he could do.I was suppose to pickup a living room set that I had purchased in Koper Guaynabo but instead I'll be returning to the store to ask for a refund because I don't want to be a customer at a store where we the customers are not valued. First of all, after sending me uncompleted merchandise that I had already cancelled they wanted me to bring it back to their store. It had already came dirty on their part as well, but once I took time out of my day to return it they said they could not take it because it was dirty… The “supervisor” in the Cagua outlet location named Julissa Benua was adamant that she will not take the merchandise and gave the worst attitude and customer service I have ever received.
