Mr. Sandwich Bistro — Restaurant in Caguas

I’ve been there a few times. Food has always been excellent. The only flaw is on the service, “expect” a tip for taking your order. Someone else delivers the food, which is fine. Maybe it’s not part of their training, but as a customer, I would expect the waitress to come over to the table after the food was delivered to make sure everything is ok. In my case, my salad had no dressing, I was looking around to see if the waitress would notice I was looking for her, I admit, I don’t pay attention to what the waiter looks like. I finally just asked one of the servers walking by and he graciously assisted. The waitress didn’t show up until she was summoned by the cashier because I wanted to pay and leave. I generally leave a good tip, but in this case I didn’t leave a tip for someone to come and take an order. Hace varios meses no volvia al lugar por el.mal servicio de la última vez, pero decidí darle una oportunidad Errrrror. Visité el lugar el 19 de agosto para almorzar con mi papa. Pedimos unas sopas de gandules , desastre estaba SUPER SALADAS, un pedacito dw maiz y dos cantitos de carne y apenas unos granitos de arroz y gandules. Parece que le echaron agua con sal para rendirlos. El pan viejo con una margarina barata. Papi pidió tostones y le trajeron 4 del tamaño del meñique , de bolsita y que parece que los habian frito varias veces. This place has some of the best waiters and waitresses very friendly they speak English and Spanish plus the food is absolutely delicious. My grandmother's dish was mofongo with shrimp, and I had the fried pork with white rice and tostones. My grandmother also had gotten platano soup everything was delicious and taste fresh. Now keep in mind if you do come to Puerto Rico every single restaurant you have to show that you had your covid shots and you have to show your ID Puerto Rico is very strict with these things and they will not let you in any restaurant without having your covid vaccination card on you and an ID.
