I have start by saying that i find most furniture in Puerto Rico is more expensive than it should be. This place is the same. But they do have nice stuff and i have a friend that exclusively buys his furniture from here and swears by it. They have good opportunities to pay off slowly with no interest for a certain amount of time. I really liked some of the stuff here. I actually may by some loving room furniture here but I'm waiting for a sale 🤞🏼🤞🏼🤞🏼Anyway the staff was friendly and helpful....

Service was okay delivery was worst. We told them where we wanted the bed and the guy said it would not fit that way. So when he put it his way I would not be able to open two of my drawers, when I asked him to put it the way we asked he said it wouldn't fit that way. Es una muebleria con buena calidad de muebles, pero un servicio de entrega pesimo. Y un personal de servicio al cliente irrespetuoso co n malas actitudes como la Sra ANGELA DE SERVICIO AL CLIENTE DE TOA BAJA. Me engancho el telefono mientras yo le hablaba para reclamar una entrega tardia. 2 da queja Hoy es 1 de Diciembre 2024 Este es otro ejemplo de entrega tardia. Mi esposo hizo otra compra hace como mes 1/2 y la entega era para mañana. Pues saben k, ahora hay que esperar hasta el dia 4 y si no el fin de semana. Mes 1/2, mas 3 dias mas insolito. Tiene buenos muebles pero la entrega es demaciado tarde. Y uno ya quiere sus muebles. La excusa es que es por ruta y que el almacen en toa baja distribuye por ruta. Ah y lo busco a la tienda.
