Tiny place off of a busy street in a busy part of town...Not much parking. The inside is nice and clean, properly appointed and comfortable. The service was very good...we had to get up a time or two but nothing crazy. The cocktails were delicious and plentiful. The food was absolutely delicious, fresh, flavorful and served hot! I'll certainly go back to Tachuela. The appetizers were all good: queso fundido, guacamole and the nachos. I'm not a big fan of the chips, which were closer to pita. I prefer old school corn tortilla chips.

The shrimp taco is one of the Top 3 tacos I have EVER had. The shrimp batter has some kind of glaze applied after frying which gives it an amazing taste. My other taco was a biril (I might be misspelling it), it has a curious taste profile and was also extremely good. Service...

Found out about this place, they have a fantastic customer service, great prices and most important wonderful food. Will stop here more often every chance I get just to eat here. I recommend there combo you get (3) choice plus they also have good agua jamaica margaritas and the desert is the best cornbread budin you have tried.... 😋🌮🌯
