Went for breakfast, not to many customers, however I noticed that 3 persons who ordered after we did, got their breakfast; we ordered two sandwiches and 2 coffees. When I approached the counter to ask for our order, they realized both sandwiches had been sitting in a bag waiting for our coffees, no "please excuse us" or anything.
