CAIRO IGA — Local services in Cairo

I don't know about y'all but the people at Cairo IGA are rude and unprofessional. They already price gouging and have the nerve to treat people like nothing. This is unacceptable and I will not stand for it. The Manager there was so rude to me. I simply asked her was there any rule in place where the associates should greet or at least acknowledge customers, she replied "well the cashiers greet the customers, and we've been busy" I told her that's not an excuse, so she walked away. I will be contacting the owner to make a formal complaint. Also, I will post this exact post on Google Reviews and I will contact the Better Business Bureau and news media if need be. Our order was $80 or more so we left and left them with their products. I would never spend money in any business that doesn't show respect or gratitude towards the customers. I didn't expect everyone to be cheerful or welcoming but in a store where one person acknowledges you who would want to spend a dime there. I will travel to Atlanta or Alaska to grocery shop before I spend another Red Cent...

I like the meats here. A chuck roast nicely cut 9-10$. Verses 16+ any were else, and the baggers are extremely nice the tall slider man 15 years excellent aervice jerry williams. whom had my groceries in the back of my truck b4 I get out the door, and the shorter heavier guy always does a great job! And the young man cashier who I've been talking to about the Lord are my favorite part of my trip....

The best customer service in Cairo. The hamburger meat I bought 3 different times brought home put straight in freezer. Turned brown all three times.
