We had an excellent experience with the staff from the get go. The saleslady had great customer service skills. Greeted us with a smile, knew her merchandise. She guided us to the item we were looking for. We were told what day we would get the merchandise and took care of the paperwork. All the other staff in the store were great. The two gentlemen who delivered and set up our chairs were awesome. They kept us informed as to the time they would deliver the furniture.
